We are Epic North, Adventure seekers - We offer bespoke tours in Cairnsthe Hinchinbrook Island, Orpheus, Pelorus & Dunk Isl.
Based just across the water at East Trinity, EPIC North offers something different in the world of Cairns tours — raw, personalised, small-group adventures that take you beyond the reef and into the heart of wild, untamed North Queensland.
We don’t do crowds or cookie-cutter itineraries. Our experiences are shaped by tides, weather, and instinct — guided by locals who live and breathe this coastline. Whether you're snorkelling secluded reefs, chasing trophy fish on remote sand cays, or cruising at sunset past crocodile-filled mangroves, every tour is built for connection, excitement, and freedom.
Originally founded in Taylors Beach, our story began with a love of rugged islands, muddy creeks, and glassy bluewater mornings. Today, we’ve expanded north — and Cairns is now our launchpad for island escapes, reef adventures, and unforgettable fishing trips.
Our boats are custom-built. Our knowledge is local. And our mission is to show you a side of Cairns most visitors never see — wild, intimate, and absolutely EPIC.
Fringed by reef and rainforest, Cairns is more than just a tourist town — it’s a launchpad to some of the most remote and beautiful parts of the Great Barrier Reef. From our base at East Trinity, we explore a hidden side of this region: deserted sand cays, reef systems alive with colour, and quiet stretches of coastline where the jungle meets the sea. Whether you’re chasing coral trout on light gear, snorkelling with turtles, or cruising through croc country as the sun sets behind the mountains, Cairns with EPIC North is raw, real, and anything but ordinary.
