Terms and Conditions for Epic North, operated by Marine Media:

1. Booking Confirmation:

   - All bookings made with Epic North are subject to availability and confirmation.

   - Your booking is considered confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

2. Payment:

   - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

   - Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other payment methods accepted by Epic North.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   - Cancellations made by the customer:

     - Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

     - Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

   - Cancellations made by Epic North:

     - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

4. Tour Requirements:

   - Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff during the tour.

   - Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any physical or health requirements necessary for the tour.

   - Epic North reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit or unsafe to participate in the tour.

5. Liability:

   - While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests, participation in our tours involves inherent risks. By booking a tour with Epic North, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

   - Epic North and Marine Media shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

   - Epic North reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

   - Any significant changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

7. Code of Conduct:

   - Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards guides, staff, fellow participants, and the environment.

   - Any behaviour deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Privacy:

   - Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
